Chris Condon: Chief Executive Officer
Chris Condon has more than 30 years of experience in operational leadership,
strategy development, customer service, financial management and relationship management.
He has a deep understanding of supply chain systems and critical business drivers
across a wide range of markets and industries, from Fortune 5000 to Fortune 50
companies. Chris is an expert at analyzing performance to optimize working capital,
tracking and analyzing costs, creating and implementing internal control systems,
and delivering multi-million dollar profit increases. With proven success in the growth
of companies throughout his career, Chris brings invaluable expertise to Trans-Trade.
Kurt T. Mann: Director Global Trade Compliance – LCHB
Kurt Mann has been a member of the DFW trade community for 28 years. As an experienced Licensed
Customs Broker and recognized Trade Compliance expert in regulatory matters, classification,
import operations and best practices, Kurt provides practical business solutions for complex
problems. As a successful business owner, active participant and educator in the trade
community, he has held many key leadership positions in the international trade industry.
Scott James: Central Regional Director
With more than 17 years of experience in supply chain management, Scott James has dedicated his
career to solving logistics challenges. Scott has extensive experience in account management on
strategic, national and global levels in addition to expertise in personnel management, strategic
planning and execution, operations and customer service. Past positions include Account Manager, supply
chain network optimization and transportation network design. Scott’s scope of responsibility includes
Director National Accounts and Branch Manager.
Karen Koide: Southeast Regional Director – LCHB
Karen Koide has more than 30 years of experience in operational management, customer service,
financial management and relationship management. She has thorough knowledge and understanding
of international and domestic transportation, logistics and customs house brokerage. Karen is a
Licensed Customs House Broker since 1990 and has extensive knowledge of customs regulations
and other government agencies. Karen brings to Trans-Trade, Inc. vast experience in
operational management, guidance and leadership.
Paul Patton: Director Corporate Security
Paul Patton began his career in law enforcement and eventually moved to the private sector,
managing intelligence and security operations for various large private interests. He served
as Senior Security Specialist for a major U.S. commercial air carrier from 1992 to 2002 and
personally developed, implemented and directed aviation security consultations. Paul has also
provided consultation services to companies with needs in Homeland Security Initiatives,
Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, U.S. Customs operations (C-TPAT) and Corporate Security
Policies and Procedures. Paul holds various certificates from the Department of Homeland
Security, Transportation Security Administration and State of Texas Department of Public
Safety, including Security Manager, Security Consultant and Security Services Contractor.
Paul continually pursues training in cargo IT security, physical security, security operations,
personal security and related areas.
Warren Rapert: Chief Financial Officer
Warren Rapert has held various executive financial positions throughout his career
including CFO of former American Airlines subsidiary Worldwide Flight Services’
North America region and key leadership roles at high tech manufacturing and mobile
software companies Nokia and Handango. Warren brings to Trans-Trade a thorough
knowledgebase in finance and accounting management, international accounting
operations and leadership in guiding company culture, purpose and strategy.
Bill Maund: Director Domestic Transportation
Bill Maund has held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and solutions with leading
third party logistics companies. His operations background includes single and multi-client third
party transportation and warehouse operations including LTL, truckload, port dray, intermodal, parcel
and direct store door delivery services. Bill and his team deliver value to clients through supply
chain network optimization and transportation network design. Bill’s scope of responsibility includes
transportation management, optimization and consolidation, procurement and carrier relationship
management, performance management and post shipment support services as freight audit and
payment, claim resolution and reporting.
Patrick Walsh: Northwest Regional Director
Patrick Walsh has more than 35 years of experience in supply chain services including leadership
roles for multibillion dollar logistics companies. Patrick has proven capabilities in ground floor
startup logistics operations globally, successful transition of new business and reducing costs to
deliver strong financial results. Areas of expertise include domestic and international sourcing,
PO management, international transportation, customs brokerage, distribution and final mile solutions
for the wholesale and retail markets. Pat believes if you take care of the customer, everything else
will fall into place.
Brian Faulkner: Director International Transportation
Brian Faulkner has held various expanding roles and responsibilities over the course of his fifteen-year
career in the international transportation industry. From his experience working for a US retailer,
steamship line and multiple international freight forwarders, Brian has gained a broad knowledgebase of
the industry from the different perspectives of Customer, Carrier and Freight Forwarder. Areas of expertise
include international operations, procurement, RFI/RFQ development, agent relationships, vessel operations,
risk management and service contract negotiation for ocean, air, 3PL, drayage and final mile delivery.
Brian also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Dario Benaglia: Director of Technology
Dario Benaglia ran his own IT consulting firm before being hired to manage Trans-Trade’s IT department in 1999.
Dario is responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure as well as network administration, system
integration, data migration/consolidation and disaster recovery. Dario’s technical solutions are instrumental
in providing outstanding service to our clients, from ensuring maximum usage of our operating system to building
customized reporting and providing top-of-the-line equipment in our facilities.
